Job Summary:

We're looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Operations Specialist to join our Customer Success team.  In this role, you'll play a crucial part in supporting our North America OEM sales efforts and ensuring smooth operations, working closely with various internal teams, manufacturers reps, distributors and our customers. This position requires flexibility with work hours to effectively collaborate with our China team.

Responsibilities:

  • Support day-to-day sales operations, including sample processing, order management (inventory checking, order processing and shipment tracking etc.), reporting, and forecasting
  • Partner with Sales, Finance, and other teams to streamline sales processes and resolve operational bottlenecks
  • Customer management including new customer onboarding, maintaining ongoing relationships with customers through regular check-ins and support
  • Develop dashboards, reports, and insights to support decision-making
  • Meticulously tracking our sales pipeline to ensure accuracy, generating essential reports on sales performance ensuring data accuracy and completeness

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Operations, or a related field with 2+ years of experience in sales operations, business operations, or a related function is preferred
  • Fluent in Mandarin and English (written and spoken)
  • Comfortable working evening hours to align with Asia-Pacific time zones
  • Comfortable with basic Excel skills
  • Strong communication and time management skills
  • Highly analytical, organized, and exceptionally detail-oriented
